All Board of Directors meetings are open to Owners. If an Owner wishes to speak at a Board Meeting as to any designated agenda item, the Owner shall sign-in on the sign-up sheet prior to the start of the meeting. Each Owner who properly signs in will be entitled to speak up to three (3) minutes when called on by the Chairperson.
Anyone wishing to speak at a Board Meeting as to a non-agenda item must submit intent of his/her communication, in writing, at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of the meeting to the Office Manager. The Board shall have the discretion to determine if said non-agenda item is added to the Board Meeting agenda.
