Parks Edge POA, Inc. currently assesses an annual fee of $225 per property.  Annual assessments are due January 1.  If the assessment is not paid within sixty (60) days after the due date, the assessment shall bear interest from the due date at the maximum percent allowed by law.

As of January 1, 2024, Parks Edge Property Owners’ accounts are being migrated to a new property management software called MANAGECASA.  For questions regarding your account please contact Parks Edge office at (772) 336-1525 to update your contact info including email to create your account to pay online.

 

Changes to Florida Statutes in 2010 require more aggressive action in regard to liens for homeowners’ associations which may cost you more in fees associated with collection actions.  We hope to avoid having to take those steps to collect your required assessments and appreciate your cooperation in paying timely.
